Basic return / service policies:

Returns are no problem provided the item(s) are in their original condition.  All returns are for cash back (not in store credit).

All new items sold through our retail store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty – if the need arises for an item to be covered under warranty I can provide you any paperwork, documentation or support needed.  Any consignment item sold on eBay may have warranty consideration from the manufacturer.

We do minor repairs and service on HO trains only.  We also install DCC decoders in most engines.
